JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant for branch supports Department Managers (DMs) by handling administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring DMs can focus on core operational responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor emails from all departments.
  • Respond to or follow up on emails as needed.
  • Forward the necessary documents to the Head Office and ensure the submission of other HR-related
    reports.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining branch documentation.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned to streamline branch operations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of any 4-year course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and attention to detail
