JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant for branch supports Department Managers (DMs) by handling administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring DMs can focus on core operational responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor emails from all departments.
- Respond to or follow up on emails as needed.
- Forward the necessary documents to the Head Office and ensure the submission of other HR-related
reports. - Assist in organizing and maintaining branch documentation.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned to streamline branch operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any 4-year course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
