Returns and Exchange Policy

Items bought from the SM STORE may be returned/exchanged within 30 days from purchase date provided the item/s is accompanied with proof of purchase, in their original packaging with hang tags and complete accessories. Items purchased at discount may be returned/ exchanged within 7 days from purchase date only.

Intimate apparel or items (e.g. underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic and sanitary reasons.

Consumable items may be returned/exchanged provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and sealed, accompanied with proof of purchase.

For items allowed for return/exchange, a Customer Credit Voucher is issued, valid for 30 days at any SM STORE and must be consumed in full upon presentation for payment.

Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the item/s being returned. The price difference must be paid. If Credit Voucher is not utilized in full, it is understood that customer waives excess amount.

Items received as gifts whether via Personal Shopper, SM Gift Registry, or in-store purchase can be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or item by presenting the gift receipt. Gift returns and exchanges may be facilitated at any SM Store branch.
