JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Assistant in the branch performs end-to-end recruitment and supports key HR functions, including training, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and employee relations, while maintaining confidentiality. The role also provides administrative support to ensure DMs can focus on core operational responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle documentation and update reports.
Training and Development
- Conduct new hire orientation (rank-and-file).
- Coordinate onboarding and training schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Provide payroll data (absences, leaves, adjustments).
- Monitor salary changes and administer benefits.
Timekeeping
- Maintain accurate DTRs and resolve timekeeping issues.
- Prepare payroll adjustments and handle payslip inquiries.
- Submit timekeeping entries and HR reports.
- Manage attendance-related documentation and coordinate with HO.
Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee cases and safety concerns.
- Help prepare and submit Safety and Compliance Reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any 4-year course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
