JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel to achieve company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Oversee the implementation of measures to control OPEX
  • Ensure the execution of initiatives to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
  • Monitor merchandise movement to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Guarantee the availability of essential items, including “basic never-out” products
  • Ensure the effective execution of staff training programs to improve performance and increase productivity
  • Implement established measures to minimize operational problems

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of any business-related course
  • At least 4 years of management experience in retail or related industries
