JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring all transactions pertaining to branch operations, ensuring maximum sales at minimum expense, and overseeing the effective implementation of the company’s standard operating procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and track goals
- Set and control the OPEX budget
- Provide direction and guidance
- Monitor day-to-day operations
- Develop strategies to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
- Ensure close coordination with other departments.
- Recommend and/or coordinate appropriate staff training to improve performance and increase productivity
- Design and/or coordinate training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity
- Address selling and operational problems, and report them immediately to top management for necessary approval
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any business-related course
- At least 5 years of management experience in retail or related industries
